This is Step 2 where you pay $99 and then get taken to the final Step 3 where you fill out the remainder of the info we need (like spouse name, address, etc).
If payment is something other than online credit card (ex: Venmo, Zelle) you will be notified when payment is made and emailed/texted a link to complete the final form in the process!
